Iconography: An Artist Talk with Janine Manheim

Join us as artist Janine Manheim shares the secrets of the art of iconography. We will travel back in time to Pre-Renaissance Europe to learn the history and significance of this religious art form. Janine will explain the technique used by the ancient masters of egg tempera and share how she implements this process in her own inspiring work. Samples of her work will be on display in the Callahan Library.
