SJC Announces Fall ‘09 Program for Children

PATCHOGUE, NY SEPTEMBER 21, 2009 St. Josephs College, noted for its academic excellence, is pleased to announce its 50th program offering of Especially for Children and Young People. The fall 2009 program, which will be held at the Long Island Campus of St. Josephs College in Patchogue on Saturday mornings from October 24 through December 12, will be offered to students in grades K-7. Since class size is limited, early registration is suggested.

An exciting array of courses in math discovery, art, Spanish, computers, creative writing, study skills and kindergarten skills have been designed to stimulate curiosity and broaden the students awareness of the world in which they live. In addition, courses in supplemental math and reading will be available to provide reinforcement of the skills learned during the school year. A swim program will run in conjunction with the assistant/enrichment classes.
