SJC to Host Courses on Microsoft

PATCHOGUE, N.Y. – February 3, 2016 – St. Joseph’s College (SJC) will offer a series of introductory and refresher courses on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint at LaunchPad Huntington in Huntington, New York.

The schedule of courses, led by Mary Ellen Amundson, ITS project manager at SJC Long Island, is: 
•    Wednesday, February 17 – Microsoft Word, 6–7:30 p.m.
•    Wednesday, March 23 – Microsoft Excel, 6-7:30 p.m. 
•    Wednesday, April 13 – Microsoft PowerPoint, 6-7:30 p.m.

“These workshops offer an opportunity for participants to learn or improve their skills on popular Office products for both personal and business use,” said Amundson. “It is a great opportunity to meet new people, strengthen your computer skills and have some fun while learning.”
