SJC Welcomes New Director of Student Activities

PATCHOGUE, N.Y. FEBRUARY 6, 2014 St. Josephs College (SJC) is pleased to announce the promotion of Bryan Gill 06 to director of student activities and co-curricular programs for the Long Island Campus.

In addition to his new responsibilities, Gill is the director/coordinator of intramurals and an adjunct lecturer of physical and continuing education. Formerly, he was the assistant to the dean of students and student life on the Long Island Campus.

Gill sits on the board of the SJC Alumni Association and participates in the SJC Alumni Mentoring Program. A volunteer  catechist and confirmation mentor at Sts. Philip and James Parish in St. James, N.Y., he is also a minister of Holy Communion at the same parish. Additionally, he is a member of the Alpha Phi Delta/Delta Psi Omega fraternity and was the co-founder of its alumni council.

Gill received a B.S. in Business Administration, an M.S. in Management and an Executive M.B.A. from SJC. In 2012, he received the Saint Catherine Medal for Student Achievement, an annual award that honors a student who represents the high ideals of a Catholic college education. He currently lives in Holbrook with his wife, Jennifer.
