The Center for Wellness implements groups and workshops during the semester that run a 12-week cycle.

In group counseling, you and a small number of students meet together under the guidance of a professionally trained therapist to help yourself and other members of the group. It is a safe place where you can come together with others and share problems or concerns, to better understand your own situation and to learn from and with others.
These holistic workshops are designed to teach you how to start living a healthier lifestyle. Various mental and physical health topics are explored throughout the semester.
Mindfulness Meditation Groups
In Mindfulness Meditation Groups, you will learn stress-reduction techniques, how to meditate, and how to incorporate mindfulness in practical ways to daily living. Through this study, we will observe how our own relationship with particular mindfulness attitudes how they affect our lives. As you increase your self-awareness, you can make conscious positive changes in your life.
Yoga Therapy Groups
In Yoga Therapy Groups, you will learn yoga and its philosophical tenants as a way to assess and understand underlying physiological and psychological symptoms. Through this study, we can observe how these ancient ethical principles and daily practices affect our lives. Through this understanding, we can begin to consciously apply these principles to our own health and healing process.
Energy Medicine Groups
In Energy Medicine Groups, you will learn energetic anatomy as a way to assess and understand underlying physiological and psychological symptoms. Through this study, we can observe how this ancient anatomical structure affects our lives and how we can apply these principles to our own health and healing process.
